Mary Yoxall-Hannigan is a busy working mum from Liverpool. She's also a gifted artist specialising in personalised prints for children.

After graduating as an illustrator, Mary completed a post graduate certificate in education (PGCE) in art and design and has taught in both primary and secondary education.
 
She successfully balances life as a mother of two young boys, Ted and Isaac, with working part-time as an art teacher and running the Mary Mary personalised children's art business. Her work has been exhibited in Liverpool, European Capital of Culture 2008, and several of her paintings and murals adorn offices and businesses across Merseyside.

Mary's illustrations have also featured in magazines, as greetings cards and on posters.

"The personalised children's art has really taken off. People appear to love it which is really pleasing for me," says Mary.

"The framed prints make special, unique gifts which will hopefully be cherished for generations. It's something I enjoy doing and I am happy to customise designs or wording for no extra charge."
